The “Bioanalytical Mass Spectrometry Group” has been established as part of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the Medical University of Innsbruck in 2008. Since 2011 the “Bioanalytical Mass Spectrometry Group” represents the “Core Facility Metabolomics” of the Medical University of Innsbruck.
